Function of master station in Touchscreen (Ruizhou CRT series cutting machine)

1. Master station

a. [home]

Press [home] would let the beam, the moving head, and the cutters to return to the initial coordinates set automatically.

b.[set zero]

Move the machine head to some point, press [set zero], then the point will be redefined as the origin of the coordinates of the cutting platform.

After the zero setting is successful, there is a prompt in the status information bar shown below:

Then, we can use [to zero] function to determine the cutting area of the current graph.

c. [to zero]

The [to zero] function can be used to determine the cutting area of the current graph. Thus, the material size in this area can be judged whether sufficient or not for cutting and debugging.

d.[absorb]

When the machine is cutting, the wind generated by the fan at the bottom, will absorb the material through the air holes which distributed on the platform, and prevent it from moving during cutting.

e. [repeat]

Automatically calling out the graphic file which received from the computer at the last time.

f.[cancle]

Press [Cancel], no matter whether the current cutting task is completed or not, it will stop immediately! The cutter returns to the initial position, the beam and guide stop moving, and the suction is closed.
