Why sometime uneven cutting happens in your CNC Cutting Machine?

Cutting result will be affected mainly by two factors:

 1) Correct selection of cutting blade

   We have quite a few cutting blades suitable for cutting different materials. You can either try several models or consult your machine supplier to find out the suitable model for your material. Besides, pay attention to blade status during cutting. If it's broken, replace a new one in time.

2) Evenness of machine table

The evenness of machine table will be affected by two factors:

- Precision of machine's aluminum platform

- Precision of cutting mat.

We can use plane data collector to record table height and make some compensation for the tools during cutting. Even though, deviation is still unavoidable between each collected point. That's why cutting results are bit difference between different areas.

There are three suggestions for this problem:

- Buy a plane data collector. It's good to keep this tool in stock and help refreshing the collected table height from time to time.

- Add a little bit more depth for your cutting tool to ensure it can cut out the material in all areas.

- Replace the worn cutting mat in time
