RUIZHOU CAM Series CNC Cutting Machine:
1. Insert the blade into the hole
2. Now there are some gaps between the round buckle and the cap.
3. Clockwise rotate the bottom cap to adjust (shorten) the gap.
4. Normally, the gap should be 0.2mm.
5. Tighten the cap clockwise.
6. The height of the projecting blade nose needs a little bit longer (about 0.2mm) than the thickness of material.
7. Normally, the bottom cap don't need to be adjusted again.
8. Insert the blade holder into the cutting head and tighten the nut.
9. Finished.
